  • Top tables: over 80 since their creation! Each year, from October to March theme linked weekends.
    Friday evenings to Sunday lunches honouring a product or a region and journeying through your senses.
    Scallops, champagne, foie gras, … at each top table, from starter to desert, Jean Paul Hartmann will unveil or help you rediscover a product.

  • When stopping over at the Almandin, don’t miss looking at « Les Introuvables du Roussillon » wine list and ask the butler for advice.
